Licensing and regulation

Groman Pro works with trust and transparency. The platform carries out its activity in line with the applicable requirements in every market it serves: in Canada, within the applicable framework for which CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) is the relevant body; in Mexico, within the applicable CNBV and SHCP framework. We apply methods aimed at operational transparency, data protection, information security and compliance with the requirements applicable to our technology activity.

We believe trust starts with saying precisely what we do and under which framework we work. This page summarizes the applicable regulatory environment and how we meet it.

Transparency on regulation

Groman Pro maintains the policies, verification procedures and complaint-handling mechanisms that correspond to the services it provides in each jurisdiction where it operates. When a user requests it, we confirm the applicable compliance information in writing through [email protected].

Daily compliance shows up in concrete actions: we verify every user's identity before enabling withdrawals, monitor operations for unusual patterns, train the team in anti-money-laundering practice and keep an auditable record of access and configuration changes. The details of each practice are on the AML and KYC and security pages.

Applicable regulation does not remove investment risk or assure profits. Digital assets are subject to market volatility and other risks described in our risk disclosure. We encourage you to read it in full before trading. No authority endorses investment outcomes.
